Sarah Karl is an attorney at our Firm. Sarah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She went on to graduate from Wayne State University Law School, where she served on the Student Board of Governors as a Governor-at-Large, and later as Treasurer. While in law school, Sarah drafted advisory opinions regarding habeas corpus petitions as a judicial intern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul J. Komives. Sarah brings her experienced background in real estate transactions and review of land title records and standards to our Firm. Prior to arriving at our Firm in 2017, she represented large corporations and financial institutions in residential default procedures and foreclosure avoidance solutions. Sarah’s practice is centered on governing document revisions and restatements, collection matters, restriction enforcement and contract drafting and review. She strives to secure favorable outcomes for clients by using her experience and knowledge to effectively address client concerns. Sarah spends her free time with her husband and daughters, and enjoys cooking and playing euchre.
